Project / Case Synchronization

(Description of the sync)

When the project is created or updated in Uniconta, the Uncionta webhook will notify the solution and the sync from Uniconta to Intempus will take place. 
In the sync process we will check if the debtor is created in Intempus or not. If the Debtor are not created in Intempus, the solution will create the debtor, and set the debtor "Active in intempus" by default.

The Co responsible field and the controls for "Employees may add reports" and "Accessible for all work types" does not exist in Uncionta, so these fields are not synchronized. If needed custom fields can be created in Uniconta and can be mapped. This will be a customization of the solution, not included in the standard setup or subscription price.

Project Status

The project status is defined in an enum in Uniconta. This integration will create the corresponding statuses in Intempus, and thus will be the one working.

Manually adding other statuses in Intempus will not work, as the corresponding field in Uniconta is based on an enum, which can not be edited or changed in any way.
