The orders will not be transferred to Uniconta.
Remember to update in Uniconta to see the updated list. Communication errors between the systems can occasionally occur. There can be many different reasons why there are such minor outcomes.
Before contacting support, you can try to solve the problem yourself by manually resending the order from WooCommerce.
Go to WooCommerce / Order, and open the order you want to transfer/update to Uniconta.
On the right side you will find the item "Order Actions" - and press Update - without selecting another action.
Now all order data is sent to Uniconta, and you should be able to see the updated order in Uniconta after a short while (please wait for one to two minutes).
Remember to update in Uniconta to see the updated list.
